    DR MICHAEL ZACHARIA (FRACS | MBBS | ACCS | FAAFPS)

    Dr Michael Zacharia is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Head and Neck (Otolaryngology) and specialises in Facial Plastic Surgery. He is also an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) specialist physician. Combining the latest medical, surgical and health techniques, Dr Zacharia delivers the best outcome for each and every one of his patients.

    With over 4000 Rhinoplasty procedures performed throughout his career, Dr Zacharia’s ability to achieve natural looking beauty using facial rejuvenation has earned him a prestigious reputation amongst the public, as well as within the medical community.

    Dr Zacharia is also reputable for his revolutionary approach and treatment of the effects of ageing. Merging the latest in medicine and surgery with preventative health care, Dr Zacharia aims to change the process of ageing.     DR HATEM ELFIESHAWY Aesthetic Surgeon

    Dr Hatem Elfieshawy has been operating and consulting with Dr Michael Zacharia for three years and has now become a permanent part of Dr Zacharia’s team. Dr Hatem has practiced extensively in three countries and is highly skilled in a number of aesthetic areas, including the latest techniques for Facial Contouring, Face and Neck Rejuvenation and Plasma Pen for non-surgical blepharoplasty and skin shrinking. Dr Hatem has practiced as a surgeon for seventeen years after growing up in an academic family in Egypt where he developed an interest in medicine at an early age. Dr Hatem initially decided to pursue cardiology and trained extensively in plastics and cardiothoracic surgery in Qatar. However, when Dr Hatem moved to Australia in 2010, he decided to follow his true passion for aesthetic surgery. After demonstrating exceptional knowledge in local entrance exams, Dr Hatem was fast-tracked to achieve his Master’s degree in Reconstructive Surgery, while working as a surgical registrar for Queensland Health. He has since gone on to undertake a Fellowship with the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr Hatem is gifted in performing precision aesthetic surgeries for the face and body and draws on a deep appreciation for art and physics to guide him on accentuating naturally beautiful features, while addressing areas of concern for his patients.

     

    JESSICA MAGGS Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner

    Jessica Maggs is a highly trained specialist Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of facial rejuvenation experience.

    Jessica initially trained as a registered nurse and enjoyed a successful career in general nursing where she developed significant experience in Cardiac Care. During this time, she completed her MBA and moved into Sales of high value Cardiac Imaging equipment. She then undertook extensive training on a life-long ambition to become a Cosmetic Injecting Nurse before becoming a highly-skilled Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner. Jessica finds immense fulfilment in restoring her client’s confidence where their appearance has held them back. She still loves the endless challenges of completely understanding people’s faces and applying just the right combination of artistry, technique and product to bring about a natural and refreshed appearance.

     

    DR LOUIS WESSELS (MBChB | FRACS (Plast) | FCD Plastics (SA) | Madv Plastic Surgery (Macq Uni) | Mmed Plastics SA) 

    Dr Louis Wessels is a cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgeon and is a senior

    lecturer at the faculty of medicine and health sciences. His practice incorporates the complete range of cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery options, with special emphasis on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast (augmentation, reduction and breast lift) as well as facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.

    He is also an accomplished microsurgeon
    and regularly performs both reconstructive microsurgery for breast reconstruction and head and neck restoration, following cancer surgery. In addition, he has expertise in body contouring surgery and non-surgical cosmetic therapies.

    Dr Wessels received his MBChB in South Africa and completed his Fellowship and his Master of Medicine in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery also in South Africa.

    He subsequently graduated from Macquarie University in the inaugural award of the Masters of Advanced Surgery (Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery), for which he was awarded a Scholarship from Johnson & Johnson.

    Dr Wessels successfully completed his second Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery when he was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2015. He has published world-leading research on breast implant infection and outcomes.

     

    DR SARAS SUNDRUM (MBBS (Uni of Sydney) | CPCA (Fellow) | Cosmetic Physician)

    Dr Saras Sundrum has been a Cosmetic Physician for the past 30 years in Sydney. She has three clinics in Annandale, Double Bay and Miranda. Treatments offered by her clinics include – Laser, Dermal Fillers, Anti-wrinkle Injections, Plasma, Body Contouring, Microdermabrasion, Peels, Hydration Facials and Sclerotherapy. Above all, Dr Sundrum stresses the importance of reliable, safe therapies delivering natural and beautiful results. She is very proud that she has many patients who trust her, and who have been treated by her, for more than twenty-five years.

     

    SASCHA MOERL Founder of ACCOR

    Sascha Moerl is the Founder and CEO of Elements of Beauty who design, develop and manufacture innovative medical technologies.

    After successfully introducing several medical technologies in Europe, he launched to market the first dedicated cosmetic corrector plasma pen - ACCOR in 2013 in Germany. The ACCOR is now available in over 40 countries.

     

    VIVIEN GARDINER RN BA GAICD

    Vivien is a public hospital trained registered nurse with 20 years experience in operating room nursing and surgical assisting.

    She volunteered for Interplast Australia for 19 years, working mainly in Indonesia and as patient coordinator in Australia. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Monash University (majors
    in History and Indonesian language) and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. An experienced executive and non- executive director, she is currently Managing Director at Erase Aesthetic Services in Melbourne and at JMSR Australia, distributors for Jan Marini Skin Research (San Jose, USA).

    2. To be eligible to win the ACCOR LF+ Plasma Pen you must register and attend the Trusted By The Leaders Plasma Workshop, in Sydney on Saturday 14 September 2019.
    3. The ACCOR LF+ Plasma Pen is worth $12,500 and will be supplied to the winner after a sufficient level of training has been conducted.
    4. The draw will take place at the Royal Motor Yacht Club in Point Piper, the venue for the workshop, at 1pm on Saturday 14 September 2019. The winner will be announced immediately and contacted via phone and email to arrange the appropriate training.
